Join Meeting with Meetboard

Once users download Microsoft Teams, they should be able to find the app icon on second homepage or in the app list.

Users can either log in with their Microsoft account, or simply join meeting with an ID.

Join meeting with an ID

  1. Type in meeting ID & meeting passcode. The information can usually be found in the invitation email, or can be provided by the chairperson

  2. For first time use, users have to allow the permission of microphone & camera

  3. Check all the equipment status like camera, microphone & speaker. Type in the name then join meeting

Sign in with Microsoft account

  1. Enter the account and password of Microsoft account

  2. After login, in calendar, users can find the meeting icon on top

  3. Click the icon to choose either start a new meeting, or join a meeting with ID
