Annotation

Annotation is an useful tool that allow user to screen shot the content and do writing on it.

There are 2 way to open Annotation

  1. Simply lift the stylus from Meetboard If user is on Homepage, this action will open Whiteboard. Other than that, Meetboard should enter Annotation.

  2. Open Annotation from Side Menu Press Side Menu button, and user should see Annotation button. Press Annotation button to enter the application.

User should see the tool bar appears at the bottom of the screen once entering Annotation.

  • ：Open Pen menu

    • ：Pen type switch

    • ：Pen width switch

    • ：Pen color

  • ：Eraser

    • ：Eraser size

    • ：Slide to clear whole whiteboard

  • ：Save menu

    • ：Save image

    • ：Share through QR code

    • ：Insert image into Whiteboard

  • ：Exit
