# Multiple Users
Meetboard supports Android's Multiple User function, allowing different individuals or groups to maintain their own personalized environment on the same device.
With separate user profiles, each user can have their own apps, settings, and files — ensuring privacy, reducing clutter, and preventing accidental data loss or system changes.
This feature is ideal for schools, offices, or public spaces where the smartboard is shared among many users, providing a more organized and secure user experience.

### Open Settings
Click Settings icon on the home page

### Multiple Users
Scroll down on left bar to System, click Multiple Users and enable the function

### Add Users
Click Add User and follow the instruction to create a new user profile

### Switch User
Click user profile and switch to the user
Or drag down from the top of the screen to call quick setting menu
And switch user at the button, next to the setting and power icon
