Share Screen from Laptop

Sometimes the file or screen we want to share during the meeting is on our laptop, and it is not always convenient to open that screen on Meetboard. But we still want to enjoy the big screen, the AI camera and the quality microphone for the best meeting experience, how we can do that?

Here is the steps, take Teams for example:

Login on both laptop & Meetboard

User needs to login his Microsoft account on both his laptop and Meetboard.

Join meeting

Then join the same meeting ID.

You may hear echo in this step, but don't worry, we will help you adjust the setting in next step.

On laptop

User needs to mute the speaker and microphone on his laptop. For camera, it doesn't matter.

On Meetboard

Turn on the microphone and volume up speaker on Meetboard. And for camera it just depends on user's need.

Screen share from laptop

Click the screen share button on laptop, then choose the screen to share.

User should see the screen on both laptop and Meetboard, and all the sounds are coming in and out from Meetboard.
