How to do factory reset?

• Meetboard 4

Settings → Advanced Settings → Security Management → Reset Options

• Meetboard 4 Prime

Side Menu -> Settings -> Advanced Settings (Need password) -> Restore factory settings

Does firmware updates change the touch driver, or will it stay the same?

It depends on if the firmware version includes the change of IR touch driver or not.
